Abstract Submission Process

Please use the link on the Home website page to submit your abstract/proposal.

 

During the submission of your abstract, you will be asked for:

  • the contact details of your authors – name, email, country, organisation, and website page if you have one.
    • the lead author/1st corresponding author MUST BE a member of staff at the participating institutions.
    • the first 2 authors will be offered a place automatically.
    • the other authors will need to register for the conference using the normal booking process when the booking opens.

  • the title of your paper and your 250 word abstract (as plain text without formatting). See screenshot below.screenshot of the title and abstract details from the online form
  • key Words – key phrases or key terms (at least three). See screenshot below.screenshot of the key words details from the online form
  • choose the most appropriate conference topic your workshop align’s to.
    • please just choose the main one.
    • On an optional basis, please feel free to also choose HEA UK Professional Standards Framework descriptors which apply to your workshop.

  • And remember to click on the submit button at the bottom of the online form.

The lead author for each abstract will be notified within 2 working days that their abstract has been accepted.

The lead author for each abstract will be notified of the outcome from the review of their abstract submission by the 24th March.

N.B. When an abstract is accepted, the first two authors will be automatically registered as delegates for this conference. Other authors will need to register in the normal conference registration process using the link on the main webpage.
