In 2021, the hosting institution is the University of Sunderland. Consequently, the Three Rivers Consortium are using the Your rights under GDPR principles described by the University of Sunderland in 2021. Further details are described below for the 2021 conference.

By submitting information to the conference organisers, all authors of papers will be agreeing to the use of their submitted information/data being:

  • Stored on the online submission system in accordance with the online system’s policies, privacy and terms.
  • Stored by the participating insititutions for the purpose of organising the conference and publicise their workshop.
  • Displayed on the Three Rivers Conference Website.
  • Publically displayed on the conference website following the conference.
  • Removed from the conference committee’s website if they would like it to be removed. By emailing the current conference organiser – mark.proctor@sunderland.ac.uk
  • N.B. If authors submitted information prior to the introduction of the current GDPR legislation and would like their details removed from this website, then please email the current conference organiser – mark.proctor@sunderland.ac.uk.
